First off, Costa Rica is so beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Definitely plan on going back. Jaco Transportation was amazing! The entire team took great care of us. They were on time and even took us on all of our tours as well. 5 star treatment the entire way. I want to give a special thanks to Alvaro and Diego for setting us up with his amazing team. Ronald, Ricardo, and Juan were great!

Great drivers, clean vehicles and affordable. I used this as airport pick up from SJO to my hotel in Playa Herradura and to take me back to San Jose. Our driver stopped by a local restaurant where they served us breakfast. He even walked us over to a river to see the crocs! Such a great start to our trip.
They also offered us covid tests for our trip back to the US. Everyone was super communicative and friendly! I would definitely recommend especially since the prices weren't bad at all.

I arranged this transportation for a trip with 22 people and they were great. They comminuted with me the whole time regarding our flight arrival. They did not rush us at all and even offered to make a stop for breakfast along the way. We were so happy with their service that we also booked a day trip to Manuel Antonio park which was amazing

We used this service for transport from the airport and the van was very clean, air-conditioned, and we felt very comfortable with the driver (Alvaro) and his driving. We contracted Alvaro and his staff for a couple of tours as well as the return trip to the airport and they were amazing! Many thanks to him, his brother Diago and our awesome tour guide Carlos. There were 3 different drivers over the course of our visit and they too were great!

This transfer worked perfectly. I was contacted via WhatsApp a couple days before my pickup and set up the specific address to get picked up at. Gerardo arrived in a big, clean, air-conditioned van, and was an absolute pleasure throughout the trip. He told some jokes, tried to show me some monkeys on the side of the highway, and even stopped at the Tarcoles Bridge to see the crocodiles when I got notified that my flight was delayed. He also stopped so I could grab a drink at a local spot on the way. All in all, I couldn’t be more happy with this private transfer. Muchas gracias!

I used this transport service to and from Jaco to the SJO airport. Arriving into SJO and going to Jaco is difficult because the wait at customs/immigration is hard to predict, took me about 2.5 hours.
So pick your time for pickup accordingly. The way it works is essentially there is a guy with a sign outside the airport and he contacts the driver after making contact with you and they show up 5 min later.
In reverse from Jaco to SJO the driver was prompt and came right to our private residence in a gated community. I booked the night before and he was about 10 min early.
Of note, would recommend having some small bills on arrival (USD) to tip the guy waiting for you at the airport with the sign, and the driver. Would not recommend exchanging money until you get away from the airport.
